Fruit and Veggie Smoothie

A healthy drink to start your day.

  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries (Fresh or Frozen)
  • 4 Whole Strawberries (Fresh or Frozen)
  • 1 Whole Apple
  • 4 Celery Sticks (3 sticks okay too)
  • 1 Whole Kiwi
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds (Whole or Ground)
  • 3/4 Cup Parsley (About one handful (Fresh))
  1. Preparation
  2. Add to blender
  3. Add water so it’s not quite covering ingredients
  4. Blend for about one minute or a bit less
  5. The picture below shows ingredients in the blending cup ready

Makes about three (3) medium-sized glasses.

I use the Nutribullet 900W with the colossal sized cup (32 oz).  Enjoy 🙂 ingredients in cup
