Fruit and Veggie Smoothie
A healthy drink to start your day.
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries (Fresh or Frozen)
- 4 Whole Strawberries (Fresh or Frozen)
- 1 Whole Apple
- 4 Celery Sticks (3 sticks okay too)
- 1 Whole Kiwi
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds (Whole or Ground)
- 3/4 Cup Parsley (About one handful (Fresh))
- Add to blender
- Add water so it’s not quite covering ingredients
- Blend for about one minute or a bit less
- Picture below shows ingredients in the blending cup ready
Makes about three (3) medium sized glasses.
I use the Nutribullet 900W with the colossal sized cup (32 oz).
