Get Rid of Menstrual Pain

Thank you for visiting my site. I would like to share my personal experience, and how I eliminated my extreme menstrual pain. I had been suffering from pre-menstrual and severe menstrual pain from an early age. I thought that there was something wrong me, and I was too embarrassed to discuss the issue with anyone. I knew my pain was not normal, and there were days when it was so severe that I would try all kinds of teas and anything I could to alleviate the pain. I am assuming that there are many others who have experienced the same level of pain as me. Sometimes my pain was so bad that I was not able to move, and I would need to stay in bed. I didn’t feel like getting out of bed or being mobile at all for at least the first day that my period began. All of this changed when I found Total Balance Women’s Premium vitamins by Xtendlife in New Zealand. They have literally changed my life. They are a dietary supplement specifically for women made with natural ingredients. And the best part is that you can also buy them at Amazon.

Pre-Menstrual Pain

One of the things that I used to do to help me with my menstrual pain was to place a heated pad right below my belly button. This would soothe the area initially, but the pain would not completely go away, and would return shortly thereafter. And often the pain would spread to by lower back as well. The benefit that the heated pad provided was that it helped me sleep a bit better. Many times my symptoms would show up as early as 2-3 days prior to my cycle beginning. I was moody and often I didn’t even want to talk to anyone. I felt upset, angry and I was almost depressed for 7-10 days every month. Even the small things used to make me upset. I found myself crying for no reason. The hardest part was putting on a brave face and trying to function normally.

Home remedies for period pain that I have tried

I have tried all kinds of things, including Heating Pads, Tylenol, Advil, Ibuprofen, Chamomile tea infusion, Cinnamon tea, Honey with Lemon’s tea, Cranberry Juice … all without much success. These were just temporary pain relievers at best.

Get Rid of Menstrual Pain Cramps with  Xtendlife supplements

As you can see from the above, I endured a lot of suffering from pre-menstrual pain, cramps, and all menstrual cycle symptoms up until 2011 when my husband found these wonderful vitamins which his friend recommended to him. I started taking the Total Balance Women’s vitamins just to supplement my diet and had no idea that they would almost eliminate monthly cycle pain. After about three months I upgraded to the Total Balance Women’s Premium vitamins, from Xtendlife and that’s when it all changed for me. I began noticing that my symptoms had virtually disappeared, and to this day I only have occasional and very minor discomfort. I have no headaches, cramps or other PMS symptoms. My mood is much better, and this helps me get more enjoyment out of life.

I hope that sharing my experience and remedy will help many other women overcome issues like mine. These vitamins may end up improving your overall health as well. Personally, I am grateful that I tried them and still take them every day.

I am sorry to hear, I should have shared this wonderful benefit before, but I have always been too shy to share personal experiences. I decided to share as it now has been years that I found relief and hope by me sharing my own experience, that it may help other ladies going through a similar painful experience.

    1. Hi Ashley,

Thank you for sharing your experience too. I am so sorry you are going through this. I had no endometriosis and my tests were all good, but the pain for me was there every month. I hope you can find relief as well. Feel free to explore their products and read about them. I did the same I read about their products and benefits and here I am still taking their products.

Heated pads were soothing as well just for temporary relief.
